A new opportunity for a Finance Trainee role has arisen in Crest Nicholson's Midlands Division based out of their Tamworth Office. As Finance Trainee part of your responsibility will be to assist in the production of monthly management accounts, assist the Management Accountant and assist the Financial Controller in providing financial support to the relevant Division
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of Excel schedules for monthly management information pack.
* Assist with Monthly cost analysis and reporting as required.
* Assist in production and issue of weekly sales actuals reports.
* Assist in production and issue of weekly build completion reports.
* To gain a general understanding of the operation of the Finance function.
* Update cashflow forecasts, as appropriate.
* Other ad hoc duties as requested.
Essential Qualifications/Attributes
* Sound keyboard skills including good working knowledge of all MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience of COINS would be an advantage.
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
* Ability to work unsupervised and be able to handle a busy office environment and to multi-task.
* Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work well as part of a team, enthusiastic, energetic and have a flexible attitude to work.
