About the role

scientific products to market, drive and support the adoption of innovative technology in the field, and have a hands-on and get-it-done mentality, then this offer might be for you.

The successful candidate will be part of our sales team, providing a key role in generation of leads/sales where the initial focus will be on our core EU markets e.g. UK, DACH, Italy, Spain, France, Benelux and the Nordics playing an important role in educating scientists and driving interest for our products. These efforts will be supported by internal alongside external lead generating activities.

Job Responsibilitiesno

Contribute to sales targets in line with company strategyno

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsno

Provide continuous support to customers pre- and post-sale, in person, via phone, e-mail or webno

Gain a complete understanding of the product operation and workflow with hands-on experience.no

Provide technical training to customers, including wet-lab demonstrations and software trainingno

Present to scientific audiences in academic/industry settings and represent the company at international conferences and exhibitionsno

Documenting, tracking and managing all leads and customer interaction through Salesforce CRMno

Maintain professional awareness of competitor activity, product developments and customer requirements

Requirementsno

BSc degree in life sciences or related disciplineno

Experience in at least one of the following fields – cell line development, CRISPR, gene editing or iPSCno

Ideally first experience in scientific instrument sales for cell biologyno

Strong data analyses combined with presentation and verbal communication skillsno

Ability to work in a team environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize workno

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentno

Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel and balance workload based on priority of assignmentsno

Ability and willingness to travel, including international travel
