They have a varied client base from office buildings, healthcare sites, education sites, social housing and new builds.
Due to further expansion, my client is now seeking a Contracts Manager who has a wealth of experience within fire safety compliance. This is a critical role within the business as this will include day to day management of existing and new fire stopping contracts.
Ideally we need someone who has experience within one or more of the following; fire doors, cavity barriers, curtains and intumescent coating.

The Role of a Contracts Manager:
Being a point of contact for new and existing contracts and managing those
Planning workloads for labour and material supplies, to ensure adequate quantities are always on site.
You will oversee the administration in an efficient way including the completion of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and relevant documentation.
Remain up to date with current health and safety policies and requirements, escalating changes where needed and implementing changes into your method of works.
Display high level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
You will be needed to meet with clients and survey works in several locations across the Midlands and London, therefore a driving license and own vehicle is essential.
You will actively engage in keeping your CPD (Continuous Personal Development) log up to date. In return we will be happy to place the right candidate on management training to include Level 7 Site Management Safety Training (SMSTS) and Fire Accreditation Scheme (FIRAS).
