Position Overview:nThe Graduate Recruiter (French Speaking) will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top graduate talent for a diverse range of clients. This position requires excellent communication skills in both English and French, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients alike.
Responsibilities:nSource and attract top graduate talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and university partnerships.nConduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and fit for specific roles.nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.nWork closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.nManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.nCollaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in graduate recruitment.nAttend and represent the company at university careers fairs and other recruitment events.nProvide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the management team.
Qualifications:nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.nFluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.nPrevious experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred but not essential.nStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.nAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.nExcellent organisational and time-management skills.nProactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
