You will be responsible for assisting in the technical aspects of cooling-centric HVAC projects and providing expert guidance to our internal business departments as well as our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Cooling System Expertise:Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cooling systems, including refrigeration, air conditioning, and various types of process cooling applications.

Project Management:Assist in planning, managing, and executing HVAC projects with a cooling focus, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Build Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to guide all involved through an efficient start-to-finish process while adhering to all H&S compliance.
3.
Technical Support:Provide technical installation expertise and guidance to the HVAC engineering team.Troubleshoot installation issues and offer solutions.
4.
Client Consultation:Collaborate with clients to understand their cooling requirements.Recommend suitable solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
5.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with the rest of your team and other HVAC professionals, including engineers, to deliver high-quality cooling services.
6.
Quality Assurance:Ensure that cooling systems meet industry standards and regulations while maintaining quality and efficiency.
7.
Documentation:Maintain accurate records, project documentation, and technical reports.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage site and customer interactions.
* Conduct site surveys and audits.
* Provide technical and practical support to engineers in the delivery of HVAC projects.
* Quote for all elements of a project, including equipment, labor, and transport.
* Build detailed RAMS for clients and the sales team.
* Support technical standards and operational policies across every element of the business.
* Plan and manage projects.
* Ensure H&S compliance and awareness within RAMS for project delivery with guidance from our HSEQ.
* Participate in the OOH on-call manager’s rota.
Required Experience and Skills:
Essential:
1. NVQ Level 3 in HVAC engineering or a related M&E field.
2. 2+ years of experience in HVAC, with a strong focus on cooling systems.
3. Proficiency in MS software and ability to use a tablet for reporting and auditing.
4. Knowledge of industry codes and standards.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
Desirable:
HVAC design software experience.
H&S qualification like NEBOSH or similar.
Previous project management experience.
