Client Servicing Administrator
Location: Annitsford, Cramlington

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive and resourceful Client Servicing Administrator to join the team at Sleight Wealth Management Ltd, who are a well-established and successful Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Plc. (SJP)
Ideally you will have been working in Financial Services and have a good all-round knowledge which you are looking to expand and develop.
The Role: Client Servicing Administrator
As part of a fast-paced team, you will be responsible for liaising with existing clients to schedule review meetings in line with the Client Servicing requirements.
* You will be making appointments for the Partners and Advisors, and preparing reports and associated documentation
* You will be dealing with a wide variety of administrative tasks so will need time management, organisational and planning skills
* You will be managing the database of clients and the diaries of the Partner and Advisors
* You also will help to plan and deliver on various marketing activities for the Practice.
The Person: Client Servicing Administrator
This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, resilient, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and someone who has a positive, sales orientated working style
* You will enjoy a client facing role and have the ability to build rapport swiftly
* You will need excellent written communication skills; and a broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* You’ll be a self-starter and with the ability to work with little or no supervision, and a creative approach to problem solving.
* It is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion
