About the role
Job Title: Chef de Partie
School Location: Westonbirt School, Tetbury, GL8 8QG
Working Days: 5 days out of 7 (includs weekend working)
Shifts & Working hours: Shifts include 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm (37.5 hours per week)
Working Weeks: 52 weeks per year (IFG holiday allowance)
Pay Details: £28,841 per year
What will I be doing?
  • Assisting the onsite Chef Manager with the preparation of the main meals and snacks for the site
  • Working using fresh seasonal ingredients cooking for a volume of (200+)
  • May include some counter service / till work
  • Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
