They offer a vibrant and nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow. The setting is close to the train station and local bus routes.
It is a purpose-built setting with a large garden, surrounded by nature, that’s fully equipped to engage and inspire the children. They have an onsite chef whipping up healthy and delicious meals from a seasonal menu.
As a Nursery Room Leader you will set the tone for the team within your room, and lead by example in everything they do. As the Nursery Room Leader, you’ll help your team achieve their potential in their roles as they help every child achieve theirs. You will be team player with a passion for coaching and mentoring, who can ensure that each child is nurtured by igniting their imaginations, encouraging them to think creatively, and making the most of their time in nursery.

Responsibilities:
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere
Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures
Observe, assess, and record each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and carers
Assist with the serving of meals and snacks, promoting healthy eating habits
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised nursery environmentKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating and inclusive environment
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children
