As the Land Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the land department, effectively managing resources and personnel to acquire and maintain a high-quality land bank. Facilitate, manage and promote the purchase of land assets and maintain the region's balance sheet assetsFully manage the planning process within the regionTo monitor the land bank and aim to maintain supply as is necessaryTo purchase land as profitably as possible, bearing in mind the required profit margins of the companyTo monitor local plans throughout the region and manage the promotion of land within the strategic land bankTo report on all land asset issues and purchases at regional board meetings, preparing report for the sameTo undertake market research and gain market and competitor knowledgeContribute effectively to the running of the region through your membership of the regional board of directorsAttend region Management Team/Board meetings to advise on land issues.
