Über unsere Abteilung und Aufgaben

Canon Europa N.V. Poing ist auf der Suche nach eine Customer Service Specialist. Als Teil unseres Customer Service Teams unterstützen Sie uns in der Sicherstellung des Operating Profits und des Cashflows. Sie sind die Schnittstelle zwischen Canon Europe und Canon Production Printing.

Sie haben u.a. folgende Aufgaben:

  • Ansprechpartner und Interface für unsere Kunden, Headquarter und Vertriebsgesellschaften u.a. mittels Einsatz unterschiedlicher ERP-Systeme.
  • Auftragsmanagement und -Priorisierung; sofern notwendig stimmen Sie sich mit unseren Ansprechpartner beim Vertrieb- , Lager-, Versand- und IT-Abteilungen ab.
  • Kontrolle und Pflege der Preisstammdaten für die Vertriebsgesellschaften, Vertragspartner und Distributoren.
  • Sicherstellung zeitgerechter und korrekter Rechnungslegung an unsere Kunden.
  • Erstellen des operativen Reporting in Abstimmung mit Finance und Vertrieb.
  • Weitgehende Unterstützung und Koordinierung der verschiedenen Abteilungen zwischen Canon Production Printing und Canon Europe.
  • Kaufmännische Unterstützung bei Projekten zur Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen bei gleichzeitiger Minimierung der Risiken.

Wen wir suchen

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und einschlägige Zusatzqualifikationen in diesem Bereich; alternativ haben Sie ein abgeschlossenes. Studium in BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Sie konnten idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Rollen sammeln.
  • Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen in den ERP-Systemen SAP und/oder Oracle sammeln.
  • Ihre sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
