Job Purpose


Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Through effective planning, time management and the execution of professional sales techniques, deliver sales growth and profitability targets in line with the key objectives of the business across all strategic product, channel and market strategies.


Key Responsibilities


· To be fully conversant and proficient in all aspects of the CHASE sales programme and to consistently apply these practices and methodologies to build customer relationships and grow sales in a way that is beneficial to both the company and its customer base for the long term.

· Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers, both face to face and remotely using the digital media tools provided.

· Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

· Reach out to customer leads via face to face meetings or digital methods.

· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

· Analyse the area and market potential, track sales and status reports.

· Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services.

· Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

· Continuously improve through feedback.


Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required:


· Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

· Familiarity with CRM practices.

· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

· Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

· Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs, face to face and via digital media platforms.

· Relationship management skills, drive, initiative and enthusiasm.

· Good reporting and analytical skills.
