The Opportunity

Rytebridge Healthcare, a staffing solutions company providing nurses, healthcare assistants and support workers to a variety of healthcare settings including care homes and hospitals are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager who is ambitious, proactive and driven by creating and building new client relationships. It is important the person is prepared to be hands on and work independently with the flexibility that will be offered to create their own winning formula.


The Role

This is a very focused business development role which would suit a charismatic and energetic individual who can communicate well with people over the phone and in-person.

  • Create and maintain a system of generating new business leads through various effective strategies.
  • Conduct in-person visits to new prospective clients as and when required.
  • Establish strong relationships with decision-makers within care facilities.
  • Conduct effective client relationship-building involving phone calls, emails, video meetings, and in-person interactions.
  • Win new business and grow company client portfolio.
  • Meet weekly targets and KPIs agreed upon.

Experience and Skill Set

  • Minimum 2 years of direct sales and business development experience.
  • Highly motivated, proactive and flexible.
  • Well organised and able to prioritise appropriately.
  • Charismatic, resilient and energetic.
  • Pleasant telephone manner.
