Our client is a successful independent estate agency that is recruiting for their well-established branch in Chelmsford. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister to join the busy team based there.
Key responsibilities of a Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister will include:
Book and complete viewings

Negotiate offers

Sales Progression

Arranging and conducting valuations

Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email, or face to face.
For the role of Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister you must have the following requirements:
Previous estate agency experience with a proven track record in winning instructions. 

Ability to work well under pressure

Excellent communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Target driven and dynamic

Full UK driving license
Salary/Package:
Basic salary plus commission OTE of up to £40,000 (Uncapped) 

Company car or generous car allowance

End of year bonus

Career progression on offer
Working hours:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister, you will be required to working full time
