I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading Hard FM services provider for a role based in Dartford. The person will be responsible for a portfolio of PPM contracts of between £800k to 1 million in value, taking overall contractual, operational and financial responsibility for these.
Duties & Responsibilities
Focal to ensuring assigned contracts are provided the existing/needed operational and technical standard of service delivery across all works on site.nEnsure, with support from H&S parties, all works on site are delivered in a safe manner with all H&S company protocols adhered, escalating any queries or incidents immediately to internal parties, supporting with required resolution thereafter.nEnsure that contracts are operated in accordance with the company’s procedures, operational and financial processes, Client Contract KPI’s and work instructions.nResponsible for the management and reporting of budgets and their expenditure.nEnsure all works/records/compliance data are kept UTD on site and in the back office to the appropriate standards.nOperate within financial budget constraints providing services which are cost effective and fit for purpose.nOverall responsibility for process and site conduct on your contracts, of all staff either directly or indirectly employed covering services for which the company are responsible, escalating any issues to the relevant Department Management.nDevelop operating procedures and policies to achieve best working practices.nTo meet all key performance and management indicators within the contract and company alike.
Skills Required
Experience in HTM , Specifical HTM 03, would be preferred but not essential.nExperience in hospital environment either public or private sector.nAbility to accurately estimate HVAC work. On more complex issues/quotes Dept. Management will supportnProven track record of managing account P&L for multiple contracts.nAbility to lead and foster a positive working environment.nAbility to understand and communicate basic mechanical concepts and works and basic technical strategies.nSolid organisational and time management skills.nStrong attention to detail.nStrong written and oral communication skills.nStrong work ethic - results driven.nAbility to multi-task job responsibilities.nComputer skills including MS Word, Excel, CAFM – training to be provided.nExperience of working within a challenging Service + Maintenance related environment either within the field and/or office.nAdept in providing solutions to client needs, together with maximising potential sales opportunities.nIndustry or HVAC experience & qualifications would be an advantage.
