Job Title: Vehicle Paint Sprayer
Location: Tewkesbury, GL20 8NB
Salary: Up to £19.00 per hour + bonus opportunity of up to £800 per month which equates to an basic annual salary of Up to £41,990 and OTE of Up to £51,990
Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week - No Weekends

As a Vehicle Spray Painter/Prepper, your main responsibility will be to efficiently prepare, spray, and finish vehicles, ensuring accurate colour matching and meeting the Company and customer's expected standards.
Main Tasks:
*
Understand spray painting technology, paint composition, and various methods of paint spraying.
*
Stay updated with product developments and attend relevant training courses.
*
Perform vehicle preparation work, including masking, sanding, and other necessary tasks, before painting.
*
Achieve the required finish and standard in spray painting, always prioritizing customer care and satisfaction. Roll Priming experience is advantageous.
*
Use prescribed safety equipment and clothing, attend Company arranged medicals, and follow guidance provided by medical professionals.
*
Report any health or vision deterioration to your manager promptly.
*
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring Company tools and equipment are in good condition to minimize fire hazards.
*
Adhere to all housekeeping, health, and safety regulations applicable to your position and working environment.
Requirements:
*
Preferably with ATA / Level 3 Qualified but not mandatory. 3 years’ experience required.
