**Job Title: Vehicle Paint Sprayer**

**Location: Tewkesbury**

**Salary: Up to £18.00 per hour + bonus opportunity of up to £800 per month which equates to an annual salary of up to £39,780 + Bonus - OTE Up to £49,380**

**Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week - No Weekends**

As a Vehicle Spray Painter/Prepper, your main responsibility will be to efficiently prepare, spray, and finish vehicles, ensuring accurate colour matching and meeting the Company and customer's expected standards.

**Main Tasks**:

- Understand spray painting technology, paint composition, and various methods of paint spraying. Stay updated with product developments and attend relevant training courses.
- Perform vehicle preparation work, including masking, sanding, and other necessary tasks, before painting.
- Achieve the required finish and standard in spray painting, always prioritising customer care and satisfaction. Roll Priming experience is advantageous.
- Use prescribed safety equipment and clothing, attend Company arranged medicals, and follow guidance provided by medical professionals. Report any health or vision deterioration to your manager promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring Company tools and equipment are in good condition to minimize fire hazards.
- Adhere to all housekeeping, health, and safety regulations applicable to your position and working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably with ATA but not mandatory. 3 years’ experience required.
