Develop and implement IT strategies that enhance operational efficiency and innovation. Oversee the maintenance and improvement of IT systems and infrastructure. Ensure data security, compliance, and effective risk management practices. Collaborate with other C-Suite executives to support business growth and transformation. Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective technology investments. Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance business operations. Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of excellence. The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have:A background in IT leadership at Director or C-Suite level from Professional Services firms (Chartered Accountants, Legal Firms, Solicitors or Architects). This is a must I'm afraid. Experience managing stakeholder relationships with Partners. Proven expertise in developing and implementing IT strategies. Experience with managing technology infrastructure and systems. Knowledge of data security and compliance standards. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Demonstrable commitment to driving innovation and operational efficiency. What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £120,000 to £130,000 per annum depending on experience.
