**What You Will Do:**
- Develop and lead the execution of Design Verification Plan (DVP) test plans in collaboration with esteemed customers.
- Manage and motivate a team of environmental test engineers, ensuring efficient planning and workload management.
- Oversee the environmental test lab and equipment, maintaining calibration requirements and functionality.
- Monitor testing activities for compliance with customer specifications, and analyse test results.
- Communicate progress and results to customers, and oversee the preparation and review of test reports.
- Identify and manage external test houses for additional testing requirements.
**What You Will Bring:**
- A degree/HND in engineering or a scientific subject, with at least three years of experience in a Test Engineer role.
- Hands-on experience with climatic chambers, vibration test equipment, salt fog, and water spray equipment.
- A self-motivated approach, with a track record of producing high-quality work within deadlines.
- Excellent team working, planning, and organisational skills.
- Strong communication abilities, with experience in discussing technical issues with customers and suppliers.
- Preferably, experience in testing automotive components and knowledge of testing plastic components/assemblies or electronic products.
