The CompanynWe are looking for a Risk Manager to join one of the leading companies in the healthcare solutions sector. They offer a range of wellbeing solutions to help people lead happier and healthier lives - it’s no surprise that they’re services are extremely sought after.
The RolenThis is an incredible opportunity for a Risk Manager join the team and ensure that risk matters are dealt with timely and effectively. You’d be working closely with company executives so great communication skills are a must There is also great opportunity to progress in this role – it’s the perfect time to apply.
The company are looking for someone with excellent critical thinking skills to take ownership of developing, implementing and maintain risk strategies.
They offer a hybrid policy of 4 days a week in their Cheshire-based office, close to transport links.
ResponsibilitiesnIdentify and assess new risks as they arisenCommunicate risk matters to stakeholdersnMaintain and develop Risk Strategy, Risk Policies, Internal Control Systems, Risk Appetite Statement and ORSA.nDevelop and provide training materialsnManage risk incident reporting for wide-scale risk knowledge sharingnEnsure proper engagement with the Data Protection OfficenIndependently review regulatory materials, research new tops and draw conclusions.nIdentify governance goals in discussion with managers, agree actions and track them. Consider results and amend guidance based on results/outcomes.
