An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in a brand-new role. Your role will involve supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition, giving you full exposure focusing on Recruitment alongside HR within Insignia Group, across our diverse geographic spread. You will support by delivering Talent Acquisition including resourcing, talent pooling and development of the Employer brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesnSupport the Head of Talent Acquisition across all recruitment matters.nResponsible for talent sourcing across all online channels, globally.nUse social media to attract passive candidates and enhance our Employee Value Proposition.nResponsible for curating job adverts and posting adverts to all job boards, communicating in-depth with Hiring Managers.nResponsible for headhunting top talent, and candidate research on LinkedIn Recruiter for confidential roles.nSupporting the Recruitment process through arranging interviews, screening candidate’s CV’s and producing offer letters for Employees.nManaging some vacancies across the full recruitment lifecycle.nManage relationships with Hiring Managers to keep them updated on Recruitment progress.nSupport and own projects to improve our recruitment capability e.g., interview toolkits, job adverts and descriptions.nSupport general HR issues (creating contracts, adding new hire into HR system, sending HR correspondence etc.)nProvide weekly reports on the status of all active roles.nRepresent the brand in a professional and appropriate manner.

Professional RequirementsnA minimum of 2 years’ experience in Recruitment.nExperience in hiring roles in all sectors.nPrevious experience using LinkedIn and other job boards.nExperience using an Applicant Tracking System.nWell organised, good at prioritizing and able to work to tight deadlines.nMust be confident, and approachable, with excellent communication skills.nHighly conscientious and detail focused.nAbility to negotiate.nAn interest in Luxury Services/ Finance is desirable.
