Role Description
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager in the Midlands to join our Rollover team. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic, self - driven individual to join a fun loving sales team who are very passionate about what they do.
This role you will be required to build and deliver profitable sales in defined region through the development of an existing customer portfolio, maximising all opportunities for retention and growth.
Job description
Possessing the desire to deliver over and above agreed targets, individual requires self-motivation and drive, resilience and a tenacious attitude.
Develop rate of sale for region whilst driving profitability through achievement of core range in existing accounts.
Monthly reporting on regional performance, highlighting opportunities, concerns and recommendations.
Installation of equipment supported by training in preparation of product along with equipment use & health & safety training, sampling & merchandising advice
Own new business pipeline for region. Maintain appropriate levels of new customer leads by researching and cold calling. Ensuring that company leads are followed up in a timely manner.
Building and leveraging relationships with key customers & decision makers. Working collaboratively with all internal departments to achieve company objectives.
Attend and support trade shows and other business events, whilst ensuring first class representation of Rollover Brand always.
