OVERVIEW:
Our client is truly making a difference in the lives of patients around the world. They are a market leader in the marketing and manufacturing of proprietary medical devices.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Territory Manager with a particular focus in Cardiology & Interventional Radiology, to focus their exceptional skills in the Greater London/Oxon/Berkshire/Surrey location.
KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES:
Establishes and maintains close relationships with new external stakeholders/clients and existing accounts by:nMeeting regularly with clients and accounts to present and demonstrate company products and to explain their benefits.nIdentifying potential customers and introducing them to the products offered.nMaintaining contacts with clients to monitor their satisfaction with products.nIdentifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction with products.nPreparing customized drawings for clients needing custom kits or manifolds.nPreparing and submitting pricing contracts to clients for products.nFollowing up with clients to identify opportunities to increase sales volume and profitability.nResolving problems with clients regarding manufacturing or delivery problems, if they occur.nCoordinates with other marketing and sales staff to ensure that the right products are shipped to customers on a timely basis and in the amount required, to stay informed about new products provided and to provide feedback from customers about product needs and possible innovations.nMakes decisions within approved authorization limits regarding product pricing to optimize sales volume and profitability.nPrepares a monthly report summarizing monthly sales results achieved, contacts made, needs for change in products and suggestions for improvement in procedures.nParticipates in a variety of sales training and planning meetings to learn about new products and marketing promotions, and to share information about sales goals.nMaintains a high level of knowledge about the company and competitor products and their advantages and disadvantages.nSets and achieves personal performance goals for sales volume, new contacts made, new client sales and other related sales results achieved.nParticipates as a member of the sales team to improve the company’s ability to increase market share by identifying ways to increase product quality and customer satisfaction.nTravels by car, airplane, bus, etc. to perform sales duties with clients.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
3 + years’ experience in Medical Device sales.nCardiology & Interventional Radiology experience is idealnSales experience is a mustnPrevious experience in selling to HCPs (i.e. Clinicians)nMust live and be based in the West London/Oxon/Berkshire/Surrey area(s).
