Their reputation is built on technical excellence, rigorous delivery standards and the ability to innovate thoughtfully, not just quickly.What youll be doing Youll take a lead technical role, working with hardware and software teams to make sure products are designed, built and validated against real-world requirements.Senior Systems Engineer key responsibilities: Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements Review architectures, interfaces and design decisions Guide development and support verification & validation activity Champion good systems engineering practice and the V-model Help drive commonality and compatibility across systems Partner with stakeholders to influence future product direction What youll bring 1st or 2:1 class Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant technical subject Strong experience across the full product development lifecycle Solid understanding of communications systems, networks or RF Knowledge of VHF/UHF communications, CNS or similar domains Ability to interpret requirements and turn them into functional use cases Experience in demanding, high-integrity environments Why this role?
