Here's what you need to know before applying:Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Assessing and treating patients attending with minor injury and minor illness presentations Delivering high quality, person-centred care using up-to-date evidence-based knowledge Undertaking nursing treatments and procedures for patients e.g. wound care, suture removal, ECGs, vaccinations, phlebotomy Participating in health screening duties and health promotion Assessing and re-evaluating clinical situations and acting accordingly Monitoring and improving standards of care through evidence-based practice, clinical audit, research and education Our Ideal Candidate Will Have a current Nursing and Midwifery Council Registration Have a state-approved or recognised Diploma or Degree in Adult Nursing Have appropriate post-registration experience in a Primary Care environment (however training can be given to the right candidate) Have good interpersonal and communication skills Be IT-literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Be an effective team member Be able to work unsupervised Be able to organise and prioritise workload Be able to demonstrate continuing professional development About UsAs part of Compass you'll help to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues.
