Level 3 Teaching Assistant

As a Level 3 Teaching assistant, you will work alongside the Class Teacher to ensure high standards of teaching, supporting students 1-2-1 with general school tasks, and assisting with day-to-day tasks, and manage classroom standard while the Class Teacher is not present. This role will also provide you with the opportunity to use your skills as a Cover Supervisor, maintaining and managing behaviour and lesson structures, and ensuring students stay on task during the lesson.
The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have:
HLTA/above Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Experienced working with Key Stage 3/KS3 and Key Stage 4/ KS4
Experience with challenging behaviour and classroom management
Subject specialism skills (Non-essential, but preferred)
A FULL UK Driving License (Non-essential, but preferred)
