Teaching Assistant

In this Teaching Assistant position, you will be supporting with diverse special educational needs such as:
Speech and language difficulties
Down Syndrome
Autism
Allowing these students to access learning alongside teachers both inside and outside of the classroom. If you have experience with any of the above in work and / or personal life, we would love to hear from you
The successful educator will have:
Previous experience working with individuals with special educational needs, preferably in an educational setting.
A genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of students with diverse needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/guardians.
Patience, empathy, and resilience when faced with challenges.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school environment.
A commitment to promoting inclusion and equality for all students, regardless of their abilities or backgrounds.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
