We are currently working with a client who are specialists in machinery installation and removal across the Manufacturing industries. Due to our client's growth they are seeking a qualified Appointed Person with CAD experience to join their team.
This office-based role primarily involves creating Lift Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments for various large organisations across the UK, covering sectors such as factory relocation, crane lifts, and machinery installation/removal. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the lifting industry, including the production of lift plans using CAD and RAMS, and must hold a CPCS Appointed Person qualification.
This position is ideal for an experienced professional from a lifting background who possesses strong CAD skills and a thorough understanding of RAMS. The role would suit someone who thrives in a collaborative office environment, enjoys interacting with a diverse range of industries, and is adept at managing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive Lift Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments.
Collaborate with various organisations, including manufacturing, nuclear, and construction sectors.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all lift plans.
Utilise CAD software to create detailed lift plans.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
