Responsibilities:
Enhance and develop the key marketing strategies and tactical plans for the business.
Responsible for the growth and development of the marketing team. 
Collaborate with the sales team.
Analyse customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all marketing activities.
Oversee all marketing and communications both internally and externally
About you:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related.
Proven experience within the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated business environment
Proven success growing a medium-sized business, particularly with organisational capability building.  
An “ideas” person, that can challenge current marketing growth strategies. 
Strong leadership qualities supported by excellent communication skills and an ability to inspire and motivate others at all levels of the company. 
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive actionable insights.
