As a Software Team Lead, you will provide exceptional people management and leadership within a multidisciplinary team environment. Your expertise in embedded software, combined with a solid understanding of Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Python, will be crucial in delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions. You will also ensure your team possesses the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Team Development:

Technical Reviews:

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
Minimum 4 years in an engineering environment with embedded software experience.

Communication:
Ability to present proposals and design documents effectively.
Product Development:
Experience with end-to-end product development is highly desirable.
