Information:
Children's Home Registered Manager
Register with OFSTED as the manager of a children's home, managing and overseeing the day to day operations and activities within the home
Offer support and guidance to the staff team
Liaise with SMT and HR department, working in sync, to help manage and recruit the staff team
Ensure the home meets at least a GOOD rating with OFSTED
Supporting within a 4 bedded residential care home
Support children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
Barnsley basedPay:
Up to £45,000
+ £4,000 in bonusesRequirements to apply:
NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management (or working towards)
NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
Registered Manager experience
