Your Responsibilities:
As a Lettings Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring properties are occupied by suitable tenants, fostering vibrant communities along the way. Your duties will include:
Efficiently advertising properties and securing tenants through various channels.
Assessing applications and conducting affordability assessments.
Conducting Pre-Tenancy Assessments to ensure suitability and promote tenancy sustainability.
Handling general inquiries from tenants, partner agencies, and colleagues.
