Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Stockton
Salary: £24,000/year + uncapped bonus (OTE £36K+)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm (No weekends)

The Role:
Engage Clients: Make outbound B2B calls, promote products, and secure orders.
Build Relationships: Maintain client portfolios and ensure a great customer experience.
Achieve Targets: Meet/exceed monthly sales goals.
Admin Tasks: Handle order-related administration.
Teamwork: Collaborate on new product development and promotions.
Identify Opportunities: Expand the client database and log accurate information.
Compliance: Follow company policies on data protection.
Ideal Candidate:
Tech-Savvy: Skilled in Microsoft Office/Excel.
Sales Experience: Preferred background in sales with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Self-Motivated: Target-driven and detail-oriented.
Team Player: Excellent communication and timekeeping skills.
Ambitious: Positive attitude and eager to learn new skills.
