About The Job:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in exceeding customer expectations at all times. You will be responsible for a wide range of customer service and general office administration tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of our client's organisation.
Responsibilities:
Handle quotes, enquiries, and orders promptly and efficiently, both via telephone and email.
Set up new customer's details on the computer system.
Process orders and liaise with the Warehouse and Purchasing departments to ensure timely product despatch.
Maintain accurate information on databases, keeping product and pricing information up to date.
Provide customers with up-to-date information on new products, training events, and promotions.
Build strong relationships with key accounts within retail, national, and distribution sectors.
Manage and update Excel spreadsheets as required.
Attend trade fairs and occasionally visit customers with the Field Sales Manager.
