Salary: £27 500 to £35 000
Your Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager will oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and timeliness in all activities.
You will verify that delivery notes are provided with all inbound and outbound goods.
The selected candidate will accurately count and check all goods against delivery note information.
Record all deliveries and shipments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Report all deliveries to Project Managers and promptly flag any issues (quantity or delays) to the relevant teams.
Produce job-related picklists according to Project Manager schedules.
As the Operations Manager, you will coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate execution of picklists and proper filing of completed sheets.
Work with the warehouse team to ensure the loading program is executed efficiently.
Be prepared to undertake additional tasks as needed as an Operations Manager.
Required Qualifications:
As an Operations Manager you should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a team leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with stock control software.
You should be an approachable Operations Manager with the ability to support staff through training and assist in creating and delivering development paths for all team members.
Essentially, you should possess a Forklift License.
