Support Worker - Skelton in Cleveland, Redcar, North Yorkshire

We are looking for people to join our friendly and welcoming team in Skelton, Redcar where you will have the opportunity to enhance people's lives. We deliver creative, dynamic and person centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in a Supported Living Service.
You will be responsible for supporting 1 lady with learning disabilities who enjoys various activities in the home and out in the community. Duties will include supporting her with personal care and emotional support. Supporting with day to day activities in the home and out in the community such as, helping to keep her home clean and tidy, attending health appointments and reviews, updating support plans and risk assessments, and administering medication.
You'll have a really rewarding role working with a great team of people and the chance to make a real difference to other people's lives. We will support you along your career path to learn, develop and grow.
The shift patterns are from 9:00am till 11:00pm and you must be able to cover minimum 2 sleepover shifts per week on average.
Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided.
An enhanced Adult and Child DBS application will be required for successful applicants.
