Job Description: We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Temporary Healthcare Workers who can provide high-quality,dignified care in an large, purpose-built home located in the Hucknall area.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting other healthcare professionals with personal care tasks, including but not limited to assisting with personal hygiene, and providing emotional support.
* Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by maintaining cleanliness and organization in residents rooms and common areas.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of quality care.
* Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a paid UK healthcare setting required.
* Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
