Job Title: Healthcare Assistant
Location: Hucknall, Nottinghamshire
Job Description: We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Temporary Healthcare Workers who can provide high-quality,dignified care in an large, purpose-built home located in the Hucknall area.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting other healthcare professionals with personal care tasks, including but not limited to assisting with personal hygiene, and providing emotional support.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by maintaining cleanliness and organization in residents rooms and common areas.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of quality care.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a paid UK healthcare setting required.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
