Our client is a highly regarded forward thinking, independent and multiple award-winning Estate Agency based in Finsbury Park. They are currently looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team. The successful applicant will be a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and continuity. Having the ability to multi-task and work on a few projects simultaneously whilst providing a service that is second to none is essential. What is the role?
This is a senior sales negotiator role. You’ll be selling and renting our clients portfolio of properties, as well as cross-selling and upselling their other services. It will be your job to ensure their portfolio are sold and let for the best possible price in the best possible time, whilst ensuring their clients are extremely well looked after. Key duties include:
* Proactive selling (canvassing, marketing ideas, call outs, networking etc)
* Liaising with our marketing team to ensure properties are marketed to their fullest
* Nurturing leads and developing strong relationships with our clients and team
* Breathing life into slow moving properties
* Sales and lettings progression
* Securing excellent online reviews and referral business
* Communicating proactively and with clarity and detail
* Being an expert in property and the local market
What’s the package?
* Basic salary of £25k pa + commission
* OTE of £60k+ in the first year (this is expected to increase if successful in the role)
* The commission is at the top end of the industry standard
* 30 days holiday (including bank hols) pa
* Earn an additional 1 day of holiday pa for each year you complete with the company (up to 5 years)
* 8 fully paid wellbeing days pa pro rata
