About the pub
The Summerhouse is a fantastic community venue, welcoming holidaymakers as well as families-the pub caters for all. Positioned on a busy through road to Weston, the pub is surrounded by local businesses and residential areas, and is just stones throw from the Worle train station
The Summerhouse is a two bar operation, split across three levels. The pub is famous for its carvery and freshly made pizzas alongside a classic pub menu offer. The pub is currently trading an average weekly sales of £22k with a 60/40 dry to wet sales mix.
We are looking for a strong operator who is obsessed with giving guests a great experience every time. A keen marketeer with a drive to build on the pubs success and continue to increase sales.
