What you'll be doing
- You will be serving customers and operating the till / cash handling
- Restocking the unit using the FIFO method
- Cleaning the area, general cafe work
- Making hot drinks
- Serving hot food on the counter
- Cold food preperation e.g sandwiches
- Providing great customer service to our customers and clients
- Working alongside enhanced prisoners with the possibility of supervising a prisoner alongside working.
Experience
- Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have legal right to work
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- Food safety level 2 desirable but training can be given
- Previous experience of working in a cafe / hospitality environment
- Confident candidate who is happy to supervise an enhanced prisoner if required
