About the role
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a IT Support Analyst to join our Enabling Functions business unit to work in Maxim.
Role Purpose
As a member of the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) you will play a key part in supporting many Microsoft 365 applications, primarily focusing on the on our Common Data environments (CDE’s) such as Autodesk BIMDocs, ViewPoint for Projects (VfP).

The ECM team is compiled of 4 members with the majority of them progressing through the apprentice/graduate path.

Experience is desired but not essential as we will provide training and development for the right candidate. Attitude is far more important to us, we would welcome a candidate who is keen to develop and progress.
What you'll be doing
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for supporting with:
Providing group support/administration/configuration of our CDEs.

Assist in implementing best practice for information and document management.

Gather requirements from business users, make recommendations and estimate the effort to complete the work.

Trouble shoot and quickly identify defects and risks.
