to join the team at the

Volkswagen National Learning Centre

in Milton Keynes.nThe Planning & Support Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining engagement, building strong relationships between the Learning Operations Team and the internal stakeholders, working across the contract to plan and schedule the delivery of our first class learning for the VW Group Network.nThe LMS and Training Coordinator will be an organised individual with an eye for detail, they will possess strong communication and IT skills and have previous experience working with a Learning Management System within a learning and development department.

Key Responsibilitiesnbe responsible for creating and maintaining the training delivery schedule for our clients’ UK Network.nwork closely with the Training Delivery team to resolve resource clashes andnmanage changes to the schedulenbe responsible for the integrity of the data held within the scheduling tool and the Learning Management Systemnwork with multiple stakeholders to effectively prioritise and meet their requirements.nmanage the interface between the scheduling tool and the Learning Management System through which the Network book their trainingncomplete Ad-Hoc administrative requests as requirednActively promote a culture of learning and developmentnProvide general support to the wider Learning Operations teamnAttendance of meetings as required

About YounEssential skill in investigation and problem solvingnExcellent time management and organisational skills are essentialnSelf-motivated and flexible; able to remain calm under pressure when dealing with conflicting demands and short lead timesnPrevious experience of scheduling resources, or the use of scheduling systemsnStrong customer service, communication (written & verbal) and organisational skillsnExperience of using a Learning Management systemnBe highly motivated, resilient and diligent, with an unwavering attention to detail and consistent focus on qualitynPrevious experience within a learning and development departmentnThe ability to communicate with a variety of people within a fast paced environmentnMaintain a professional manner at all timesnHave an outgoing, enthusiastic and confident personality, with a desire to engage with peoplenA proficient user of Microsoft 365, particularly Word and Excel,nBe professional and punctualnReflect and champion the Calex, and VWG’s values and expectationsnAdhere to and follow all policies and proceduresnProven track record of working towards and achieving deadlines in line with company objectives.nBe a patient and collaborative individual, with the ability to work independently and within teamsnBe organised, assume responsibility and accountability for your own actions

Salary & BenefitsnUp to £24,000.00 dependent on experiencen25 Days Paid Annual Leave. Calex Employee Benefits Package (inc. High Street Discounts, Online GP, Welfare Scheme).

The nature of this role may necessitate that we undertake a DBS check.

EmploymentnThe successful candidate will be employed by Calex UK ( Calex are a specialist automotive training provider and provide training staff and expertise including Trainers, Developers, Digital Learning Experts, and Administrators to Volkswagen Group UK. The successful candidate will join an established team, at the VWG National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes.

Place of WorknVWG National Learning Centre, Wymbush, Milton Keynes.nWe currently operate hybrid working with at least 60% of time in the National Learning Centre with the opportunity to work up to 40% remotely. Time spent in the office may change.nThere will also be times when it may be necessary to work from alternative locations, e.g. VWG facilities and retailers, and other sites as necessary to perform the role.
