The Role:nThis is a stand out opportunity for a Corporate M&A Associate to join this top 20 US Firm in London.

Within this role you will work across a full range of M&A transactions, joint ventures and private equity transactions, often involving complex multijurisdictional issues. Acting as lead associates, working directly for partners and counsel.
