Joining our team you'll work closely with our partners and legal directors on a wide variety of m&a and investment work. You'll get experience of all the sectors we specialise in and plenty of hands on experience. Much of your work will be cross-border with a truly global footprint.

This role can be based in our London or Cheltenham office – there will be occasions when you need to travel between the two (and beyond).

We are looking for someone to join us in or around September 2024.

About younYou are likely to be newly or recently qualified with at least one seat gained in a mainstream corporate role working on mergers and acquisitions and, ideally, some investment experience. Your experience does not need to have been gained in any particular sector.

Essentially, you’ll be able to demonstrate a keen intellect, excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. You’ll already know that a career as a corporate lawyer can be demanding and will involve late nights and challenging deadlines but your passion for corporate work will make it worthwhile.

This role can be based in our London or Cheltenham office – there will be occasions when you need to travel between the two (and beyond).
