Customer Service Manager

This is a part-time, permanent position based in Dereham. You will be working 21 hours per week, Mon / Thu / Fri – 8.30am-5pm.The offered salary for this opportunity is up to £36,000 pro rata.

The day to day:
* Leading a team of Advisor in providing outstanding customer service.
* Delivering business change, including new & enhanced services for customers.
* Training and developing your team.
* Liaising with customers, when queries are escalated, problem solving.
* Managing and monitoring the services and seeking areas for improvement.
* Using multiple IT systems, maintaining accuracy
You will have/be:
* Previous experience in a call centre/customer service environment.
* Leadership and team management skills alongside supporting individuals development.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* IT literate (including Microsoft suite) & open to learning new systems.
* Good team player enjoys working in a buoyant work atmosphere.
* Forward-thinking, and adaptable.
