Job Description
Solutions Architect - D365 - CE
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level solutions that leverage the full capabilities of D365 CE to meet our clients' business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design:
Lead the design and architecture of D365 CE solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Develop high-level architectural solutions that encompass system design, integration, and data flows.
Create and document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution blueprints.
Implementation and Configuration:
Configure and customize D365 CE modules, including Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, and others.
Oversee the implementation of D365 CE solutions, ensuring they meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure custom solutions are seamlessly integrated into the D365 CE environment.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to ensure they fully understand and can leverage D365 CE capabilities.
Integration and Data Management:
Design and implement integration solutions between D365 CE and other enterprise systems using tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and third-party connectors.
Develop strategies for data migration, data quality, and data governance in D365 CE implementations.
Outside IR35 - 3 months initially - Up to £600-£650 per day
