We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Assistant Facilities Manager to support the Facilities Manager in delivering first-class services across our UK estate.What You’ll DoIn this varied and hands-on role, you will:Support the day-to-day management of Facility Management services across a portfolio of busy retail stores, our Stockport Head Office and Trafford Park Distribution Centre Act as a key contact for store teams, ensuring maintenance, cleaning and waste management service delivery run smoothly and within budget Lead on sustainability initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint with a sound working knowledge of ISO accreditations Support with managing our company car fleet, ensuring it operates efficiently, safely, and sustainably Work closely with and manage supply partners to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services Assist with asset management, planned maintenance scheduling, and Health & Safety compliance across all sites Contribute ideas and solutions to continuously improve our Facility Management operations.
