**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide top-notch customer support to ensure satisfaction and resolve inquiries promptly.
2. Utilize native language proficiency to assist and communicate effectively with customers.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
6. Continuously update product knowledge to better assist customers.

**Qualifications**:
1. Native proficiency in the required language.
2. Excellent communication skills in English.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.

**Skills**:
1. Fluent in a native language (English).
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
4. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
5. Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: From £11.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Stockport, Greater Manchester (required)

Ability to Relocate:
