Description
Accounts Assistant responsibilities include:
Match invoices to stock receipts
Reconciliation of supplier accounts on a monthly basis
Prepare the quarterly VAT return for Management review
Administration of VAT from imports / exports
Produce remittance schedules from customer portals
Resolve incomplete invoices manually
Ensure invoices and payments received are correctly posted
Ad-hoc duties as requiredProfile
The candidate will have:
Experience working within a similar Accounting role - Required
Be studying towards or fully AAT qualified - Desirable
Ability to work well under pressure - Required
Good working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
Strong organisational, time-management and interpersonal skills - Required
Ability to work well alone or as part of a team - RequiredJob Offer
