We’re working with a SaaS business in the CX space who are looking for a Strategic Account Executive as they expand into the EMEA region. You’ll be driving new business, working with senior leaders, and leveraging a collaborative team to win high-profile accounts in the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute strategies to land new business opportunities across the EMEA region, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Build and manage a pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to position CX solutions effectively.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to craft bespoke customer experience solutions.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience within CX solutions.
  • Enterprise level experience working with £1bn+ revenue businesses.
  • Expertise in consultative, solutions-oriented sales, with strong knowledge of CX tools.
  • Skilled in communicating with senior executives and managing complex deals.
